Hey, I'm Mary. 

My definition of organization at the campsite.

I like camping -- and just general outdoor being. I also like making babies. This blog is about the things I've done or tried to do to mesh those two worlds together. Here's some things you should know about me:

• I'm only sort of athletic. It usually takes me 3 months to be able to run a mile straight, with no stopping. I trained for 6 months to run a 5 mile race. I'm absolutely certain I've never run anything faster than a 8 min mile. 

• The more children I collect, the more I decided that I dislike gear in general. Anything that is remotely unnecessary becomes a hundred times more aggravating when children are around. Read Dan Aslett book Clutter's Last Stand. Live it and be happy.

• I now own fancy schmancy DSLR camera but probably most of the pics on this blog will be from my iPhone. I apologize in advance.

• I currently have 3 children. They are, in my opinion, the best people you will meet on the earth.
